1. Is credit card payment secure?

Yes, payments by credit card are secure for Uptrends services. We use a third-party billing partner that specializes in online transactions.

2. Does Uptrends accept monthly, quarterly, 6 months or yearly payments?

Uptrends will charge you:

  • Amounts that are less than $600, GBP 400 or 500 euro on a yearly basis
  • Amounts up to $1200, GBP800 or 1000 euro on a half yearly basis
  • Amounts up to $2400, GBP1600 or 2000 euro on a quarterly basis
  • Amounts more than $4800, GBP 3200 or 2000 euro on a monthly basis

3. Can I get a discount if I pay for one year's subscription?

Yes. If you pay for a year and the amount is more than US$600, GBP 400 or 500 euro, you will get a discount of 10%.

4. Can I pay by check or creditcard?

Yes, you can pay by check and credit card. If you want to pay by check, we will first send you an invoice in PDF format via e-mail.

5. Do I have to pay VAT?

Customers outside Europe do not have to pay VAT. Customers in Europe without valid VAT numbers will be charged VAT, as will customers based in the Netherlands.

6. Can I get a refund if I decide not to continue with Uptrends?

No. It is not possible to get a refund if you decide not to continue with Uptrends.
