1. Can I upgrade my account and how do I do it?

You can upgrade at any time to a larger package if you need more powerful tools. You pay only the difference in this package price, calculated on the number of months that your monitoring contract is still running.

To upgrade your account, please contact us. Our support department will respond as soon as they can.

2. Can I see a list of comparisons between the different editions?

Yes, please go to our 'Compare Editions'-page. Here you can find all the differences between the editions we offer.

3. Where can I see a list of your prices?

4. I have signed up for a free four week trial. How do I upgrade to a paid account?

After the free four week trial expires, you will receive an e-mail with all the information you need to upgrade.

5. How do I add extra probes and text-messages to my account?

To upgrade your account with additional probes and text-messages, please go to “Account Setup”/"Probes" and click the “Upgrade” link to add additional probes and text-messages to your account. Once you have confirmed your order, your account will be instantly updated and you can start using the additional probes.
