- I only want to receive alerts in a specific period during the week. How do I set this up?
Navigate to "Account settings" and choose "Operators" in the menu. In this screen, click on "Add operator".
If you want to set an operator as an administrator, simply add them to the "Administrator" group. Navigate to "Account setup", "Operator Groups", "Administrators" and click on "Edit".
You can add a duty scheme to every single operator. Navigate to "Account setup", "Operators" and select an operator. In this screen, go to the "Duty schedule" tab and click on "Edit". Now click on "Add off duty period". Here you can define the off duty periods of an operator. When an operator is off duty, no alerts will be sent to the operator.
