1. How do I setup SLA objectives

Verify the SLA of your hosting provider with the independent, objective-based performance monitoring data from Uptrends. You can set up the SLA objectives by going to ”Account Setup” and selecting “SLA Setup.” Here you can select the objectives such as uptime percentage, hours and days if your SLA is only for specific hours of the day or days of the week.

2. Where can I view the SLA reports?

You can view the SLA reports by visiting “Reports” and selecting “SLA Report.”
