Yes, payments by credit card are secure for the Uptrends services. We use a third-party billing partner who is specialized in online transactions.
Uptrends will charge you:
- Amounts which are less than 500 euro on a yearly basis
- Amounts up to 1000 euro on a half yearly basis
- Amounts up to 2000 euro on a quarterly basis
- Amounts more than 2000 euro on a monthly basis
Yes, if you pay for a year and the amount is more than 500 euro you will get a 10 percent discount.
Yes, you can pay by check and creditcard. If you want to pay by check we will first send you an invoice in pdf by email.
Customers from outside Europe do not have to pay any VAT. Customers from Europe with no valid VAT number will be charged VAT, as will Dutch-based customers.
No, it is not possible to get a refund if you decide not to continue with Uptrends.
To cancel your Uptrends account please login, go to settings and select Billing Info. Here you can select to stop the auto renewal of your Uptrends account.
