Uptrends delivers useful reports online and via e-mail, detailing any errors that have occurred - including stats on the total time and uptime. And because our system is based on Web 2.0 technology, updating is automatic and transparent.
Uptrends website, transactions and server monitoring reports
Probe status provides a complete overview of the performance of all your probes. If a probe should fail, you'll see the last status turn from green to yellow or red, indicating a problem or a serious fault. Additionally, in the event of a failure you can immediately turn off the alerts. Another checkpoint will automatically double-check the failure for verification.
The probe log lets you view the checks of a specific probe over the past 90 days based on a system of error levels: No error, Unconfirmed, Confirmed and Inactive.
Probe reports provide detailed information regarding the uptime and errors that have occurred within a specific period. You can also view the total time by period, checkpoint, hour of the day and day of the week. Error breakdown by probe and Error type breakdown by probe show the most frequently registered errors of a specific probe.


The uptime report gives a complete overview of the actual uptime in the form of a table covering the past 24 hours, 30 days, 90 days and 365 days. Moreover, you can select a specific probe group and view the uptime of the probes that are part of that group.
The performance report shows you the performance of your probes during the past 24 hours. You'll be able to see, in a single comprehensive overview, if any failure has occurred during the past 24-hour period.
The SLA report helps you verify the SLA of your hosting provider with the independent, objective-based performance-monitoring data available only from Uptrends. So, you'll be able to plan and implement your overall Web strategy more effectively.
The Uptrends Enterprise edition gives you the ability to view the operations cockpit, which automatically refreshes your probes for top performance throughout the day.
We can also automatically send you and your co-workers daily, weekly or monthly scheduled email reports.

If a website, transaction or server fails, Uptrends will immediately take a snapshot of the error. The snapshot shows precisely what your visitors, customers or end-users see onscreen. With the Uptrends error snapshot technology you'll have clear insight into website and transaction failures. In the event your hosting provider isn't aware of the downtime, you can provide the snapshots. The advanced snapshot technology is part of our system of alerts and uptime/downtime reports, so it features the speed and reliability of Web 2.0 technology.
