Value added tax identification number (VAT No) in the EU member countries

All orders from companies located in EU member countries must be accompanied by a valid VAT No, so that the invoice can be written without value added tax. For all personal/private orders from citizens of EU member states 19% value added tax (Dutch tax rate) have to be added.

The value added tax identification number (VAT No) is composed of a country code and some further digits. You will typically find the VAT No printed on your company letterhead or you can ask your accounting department.

The decisive date for the question whether a transaction is subject to these rules is the date of service provision, which is the date when we send you the permanent key-code after we receive payment.
