The Transaction Recorder is available as a free download. It allows you to record your own web transactions, and upload them to your Uptrends account. Once you upload a transaction to your account, we will immediately start to monitor it.

System requirements
- Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 or Windows 2008
- Internet Explorer 7 or higher. The Transaction Recorder is not a browser-plugin, but still requires Internet Explorer 7 or higher to be present on the machine.
Installation instructions
- Download the installation file, and save it on your computer.
- Double-click on the file to install it.
- After the installation, click on the new shortcut in your start menu to start the Transaction Recorder.
- The Transaction Recorder will show instructions to record your website transaction.
Installation troubleshooting
- The Transaction Recorder requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 to be installed on your computer. During installation, the setup process will detect whether the .NET Framework has been installed, and prompt you to download and install it, when needed.
After installing the .NET Framework, please restart the installation of the Transaction Recorder.
- If you get the error message "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.mshtml', you need one more additional component on your computer. To solve this problem, download and install the Microsoft Interop Assemblies from our website, and restart the Transaction Recorder.
