What do you do as an Account Manager at Uptrends?

As a North American Business Development Representative at Uptrends you work as a BDR out of our Boca Raton, Florida office and from home. You play a crucial role in continuing our unprecedented growth. You will conduct outreach to connect, create leads, get prospects to sign up for a 30-day free trial.

Your responsibilities

  • Learn the Uptrends SaaS software.
  • Daily outreach via phone, email, linkedin, and marketing programs.
  • You need to be able to learn new produce high quality touch points through phone conversations and written documents.
  • Answer general questions about our products and services
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and to be agile
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting data and forecast using Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork and bring high energy and enthusiasm to your team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and best practices.
  • Deliver professional presentations to prospects and key clients.

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • 4-year college degree
  • Minimum 2 years selling experience in an outbound sales role
  • Proven ability to call prospects, old customers, old trials to sell them to start another trial
  • Ability to learn to use Apollo, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator and other database tools
  • Must be able to make many calls a day to generate prospects
  • High-level of communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales methods, objection handling, and able to be persuasive when talking to a prospect
