As a North American Sales Representative at Uptrends... work as a sales representative out of our Boca Raton, Florida office. You play a crucial role in continuing our unprecedented growth. You work to convert expired trials, lost, and free accounts into paid subscriptions while upselling to existing accounts. You conduct most of your sales duties using the phone, email, and live chat.

Your responsibilities

  • Follow up trials for our Starter and Premium monitoring services.
  • Follow up trial accounts that did not upgrade.
  • Follow up lost accounts and convince them to sign up with Uptrends again.
  • Follow up free accounts to convert them to paid accounts.
  • Upsell to existing customers.
  • Follow up live chats to convince them to sign up for a trial and later for a paid subscription.
  • Conduct webinars for new and existing customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting data and forecast using Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork and bring high energy and enthusiasm to your team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and best practices.
  • Learn the Uptrends SaaS software.
  • Deliver professional presentations to prospects and key clients.

Who is our ideal colleague?

  • Minimum of two years of successfully selling of SaaS software, IT sales, or hosting/cloud services experience.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas selling complex solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud software solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and, when needed, the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Bachelor’s degree or degree in a related field.
  • Full-time availability
